How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

How to change my account's personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped status will not be cancelled.
What is the product's transaction currency?
All products' transaction currency will be done in MYR Malaysia Ringgit.
How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 7 working days for delivery to East Malaysia, unless otherwise advised.

Time Zone watches warranty comes with a standard 24 months period validity againt manufacturing defects (EXCEPT best valued item with 50% off and above) and 12 months period validity against battery. For detailed on the warranty, please refer return, refund & warranty policy.

Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)
- All orders will be handed over from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Shipping takes within 2 to 5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 5 to 7 working days (East Malaysia).
- Shipping charges may apply subject to promotional activity. Refer shipping fees at checkout page for delivery to your chosen address.
- For shipping status, you may refer your order details for courier tracking.
- Shipment may take longer time to arrive during big campaigns due to high volume orders.
International Shipping (Outside Malaysia)

Return, Refund & Warranty

Time Zone Malaysia always emphasizes on quality control where product(s) will be checked for good condition before we deliver. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and the customer wishes for a return and refund, please notify us.
Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the product(s) received in a damaged or defective condition upon unpacking; or
b. If the product(s) received is wrong or different from the order is placed
**Change of mind is not acceptable.**
To avoid return, we'd appreciate if you could confirm with the specification listed in the product details before proceeding with the payment.
To Request Return
- You are required to submit the return request form (The form can be found under your order details after login) within 14 days from the date you received the product(s) or we reserve the right not to attend to your request.
- Picture(s) of the defective, damage or wrong product(s)
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action after submitted Return Request form. To Return the item
You will receive an acceptance letter from us upon approval of your return request. Please attach the acceptance letter in your return parcel & we will arrange our authorised logistic partner to collect the return product(s) from you. *Return shipping charges may apply subject to the reason of return.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 working days.
Should the return product(s) we receive not in its original condition or were damaged during shipping handling (where beyond our control, not due to logistic partner or our fault or negligence), you may be charged for the repair of the product(s) and we reserve the right to deduct the cost from your refund.
To Exchange the Item
You will be offered with a new product replacement to the original purchase item, subject to stock availability.
The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.

-Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
-Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
-Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
-Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
-Wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
-Warranty card where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.
